Product Introduction

 

PE Foam Mounting Tape is a flexible adhesive tape designed for mounting, positioning, cushioning and gap compensation. The tape uses PE foam as the carrier and adhesive layers on both sides, creating a conformable bonding material for different assembly requirements.

 

The PE foam structure gives PE Foam Mounting Tape flexibility and resilience while the adhesive layers provide surface bonding. The foam layer can accommodate minor surface irregularities and help maintain contact between components during assembly.

PE Foam Mounting Tape uses closed-cell PE foam as the main carrier material. The PE foam carrier provides cushioning, flexibility and a degree of gap-filling capability.

 

The adhesive system can be supplied in solvent-based or hot-melt pressure-sensitive formulations according to the required application. Different adhesive formulations can provide different tack, holding power, temperature resistance and bonding characteristics.
